Love is all alone

This tapestry is made entirely from my father’s wardrobe. It was a compact but very personal collection of clothes including items with prints I designed for him which he proudly wore to his work, or council meetings for example. As a result, those prints also come back on the tapestry. A full circle.
The piece is at the same time a ‘coat’ so that the work can embrace you. In the inside pocket of the jacket is still an old scarf from my father.
